Colour is such an important part of our lives whether it is in the choices of colours that we wear, what appeals to us about what someone else is wearing, the colour of flowers, butterflies, the sky, our surroundings, birds etc. Colour can soothe, disturb, unsettle and provoke, provide happiness and great calm.
